When will I receive my order?
All items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
What if my items arrived damaged?

What if my package is late or lost?
If your package is late, we ask that you wait an additional 48 hours beyond the expected delivery date. If your package has not arrived by that time, please contact us.
If your package is lost, please be sure to check around for your package. Check with your neighbor or leasing office. Some carriers leave packages in hidden places or deliver to incorrect addresses. If you are unable to find your package, please contact us.
